Memory spaces

"Memory Spaces" is a series of scanned environments transformed into point clouds, blurred, fragmented, and ephemeral, much like certain memories.These emotionally charged spaces also evoke universal archetypes: a dining room, a living room, places where everyday life unfolds.The light within each room shifts in real time, responding to the rhythm of a transmitted heartbeat.Inspired by Christian Boltanski’s Le cœur and the exhibition Les Archives du Cœur, the project explores the connection between memory and space, aiming to bridge physical and digital realms through a sensory experience.Developed as part of a broader reflection on the metaverse and architecture, it questions how intimate, emotional spaces can exist and be embodied within virtual environments, and how virtual spaces, in turn, might shape or carry emotional presence in the physical world.
